You guys clearly don't know Joe. He is on the other end of the line and she is clearly responsible for reeling him in. Sailing has nothing to do with it.
The only thing I can spot that is wrong with the picture is that Joe is not yet in the frame.

Other than a slight overbite, nothing is wrong in that picture.
Close, very close. Other than a slight overide on the winch (not overbite on the wench), there is absolutely nothing wrong with that picture.

she's looking directly at the sail she's controlling. Maybe a large Genoa or Spinnaker. The sheet runs back from the winch to a turning block and then forward to the clew.
She does have an override on the drum. Which will sort itself out. Unless there's a similar crossing out of view which would mean a knot. (properly speaking, such a hypothetical knot would be a bend)
The real problem is why is Guido taking a picture instead of giving her a hand?

There are cats paws on the water. Enough wind for a spinnaker or genoa. Should push the boat 2 - 3 knots if well trimmed. Why motor when you can sail?
I've done hundreds of ocean miles in that much breeze. It's why you take a bikini model as crew.
