The biggest climbing party ever to hit the Salt Lake City area begins October 9 in Big Cottonwood Canyon. Brighton Resort's brand new Milly Chalet will be the site for the food, kegs, wine tasting, slideshows and live music including special performances by SLC's own Tolchock Trio. During the day it's all about climbing in the Wasatch with renowned climbers like Steve House, Cedar Wright, Caroline George, Jasmin Caton, Kate Rutherford, Mikey Shaefer, Kitty Calhoun, Nancy Feagin, and Jim Donini. They'll host a handful of eclectic sessions, including Sport Climbing for Boulderers, Trad Climbing for Sport Climbers, Bouldering for Weaklings, and Locals Only Tours led by an all-star cast of SLC super locals who know every nook, cranny, and crimp in the Wasatch.
Pre-registration and to sign for Sessions with the Pros, sponsored by Utah Mountain Adventures, a permit-holder on the Uinta-Wasatch- Cache National Forest ends October 2, 2009.
