These guys are great. Gotta love it when a student is brave enough to speak the truth to a Prof. (even if the acting student isn't enrolled in the class)and put the prof. on the hot seat.
John Yoo, this video should go viral just for you, because of karma.
How does a Constitutional Law Prof. ever come to the conclusion that torture is legal and Constitutional? He should be disbarred immediately.
UC Berkeley (a bastion of higher education), how long are you gonna suffer this Prof. to be on staff? I can't help but think this is really embarrassing for UCB. I suppose we just have to wait until he is finally charged with treason before they do anythnig about it.
It speaks volumes for Yoo's critics that the audience did not walk out. It also speaks volumes for your understanding of the concept of free speech for you to insist that all professors walk your straight and narrow-minded path.
Maybe we can start to help the California Budget crisis by requiring our Law Professors who teach Constitutional Law to actually abide by it, and help defend and support it.
We can save $ by canning John Yoo.
He should lose his law license also.
It is absurd to think that torture is ever lawful. I'm a believer in free-speech, he can believe what he wants to believe. But I'm not in favor for a "free for all political opinion" when it comes to the Constitution and then applying this unconstitutional opinion. This affects you and me directly. This isn't about free speech or religious beliefs. He radically weakened our Constitution and now we all suffer as a result.
He is an absolute treasonus traitor. Shame on us for ever allowing it to happen.
