I'm shocked she would be Annvestigated for wrongdoing such as illegal voting. Now where will conservatives go for moral and intellectual leadership?

Ms. Coulter likes--in fact, gets paid ridiculous amounts of money--to point out how superior conservatives are, morrally and intellectually. She has likened her political opponents to traitors.
Now I'm sure Ms. Coulter doesn't go around kicking puppies either. But as was said in another thread, if you're going to talk the talk...

It would be more accurate to describe her as a right-wing entertainer. She has many fellow travellers, and is neither a conservative nor a thinker. But the extremists do love their poisonous, hysterical, paranoid rhetoric.

She has a BA from Cornell and a JD from the University of Michigan law school. I would not assume she knows nothing. I would rather suspect she is a lawyer who felt the employment she had was leading nowhere and that she chose to make "creative" use of her experience at pleadings.
That she finds people who take her act seriously is a quantitative measure of this country's illness.

Calling her a "leading conservative thinker" is a dig at conservatives, and thinkers. She's a geek whose carney act is to presume to bite the heads off liberals. Since she has no idea at all of what she is talking about, she has to strawman the situation in to one she feels she can deal with. Her fifteen minutes were up, at least a decade ago.
