Thanks for the post. I did that route a few years ago with Colin Nell. It was great fun. After doing several routes that week, we were whipped at the summit. Your pictures brought back a lot of fine memories.

Great stuff Brad! I'm psyched to go.
This photo is really cool. I especially like it as black and white. Hope you don't mind me tweaking and posting it.

I totally agree Jerry. I have a 12x18 of that shot in b&w hanging above me right now as I type this. :)
I find the editing process interesting in that you can look at the same set of images and, at different times in your life, come away with wildly varied impressions of which images are the strongest and in what form, crop, etc.
Having looked at the b&w version of this shot for a long time I found that I was again struck by the color version when I went back to the slides to make the Surf's Up page. Amazing how much fun a set of pictures from a great day can be.
Thanks for the kind words,
Brad

Nita beat me to it.
As to your question from the other thread, the "Is it lame to give your own thread a Monday morning bump?" question, I think if the weekend responses are positive (as they were in this case), then why not?

Inspiring photos & TR as usual!
As for boosting your own threads, for honest climbing threads (unless they get loisified)
it's almost mandatory for the OP to help his/her own thread along so it doesn't become
buried right away by the drivel.
Not necessarily just by typing "bump," I think additional comments or content help to
keep up the interest.
