I understand that.I've been here eleven years.I've seen a lot of change in my lowly eleven years.I actually own a house in Bishop but have to make my sheckles(sp?) in Mammoth.I worked at a bar in the Village last night(New years) 'til three AM.You guys are preachin' to the choir about HELLaliens. But sorry I love it here.Right now I'm going to go poach a couple runs in the secret stashes. Then go fly fishin' in shorts, and finally try to get a bouldering sesh in.Ya, it sux.

Any resort area is a cluster during peak times.
But like I said it is a cross you have to bear if you want to LIVE in the places you like to have fun.
And in all reality it is quite easy to avoid the cluster after you have lived in, this case Tahoe, for a bit.

a deep potent narcotic stone, intense concentration is difficult on this stuff, this strain is a marginal yielder but yields some nice product. l a confidential is a good medicinal strain but it truely does lack enough great qualities to make up for its marginal yield she is fairly easy to grow and is not picky for growing mediums an ok plant for the beginner but i think she is a bit overrated.

Good stuff, got high from 3 bowls and stayed high for a good 3-4 hours. Head high, not body.

Hah!

Here's a good one: "Perma-Grin"

Yes your Anus, I mean your Heiness, I mean your Honor, the suspect displayed the usual symptoms, old Volvo with Indian Tapestry headliner, ruffed up flannel, jizom stains on the blue jeans from constantly jerking off, Hostess Cupcake wrappers, Sly and the Family Stone blaring Let Me Take You Higher, and last but not least, Perma-Grin.

"The true reward is quality of the high, which builds from a mild feeling of wellness to euphoria, inspiration, and perma-grin."

That's surprising missjr. Do you have any numbers?

I owned property there and never met one.

It was a ways back when earthquakes and volcanic activity were the talk of the town.

Population now is reported as 8000. Maybe I shoulda hung on.

Mean prices in 2016: All housing units: $987,111; Detached houses: over $1,000,000; Townhouses or other attached units: over $1,000,000; In 3-to-4-unit structures: $652,980; In 5-or-more-unit structures: $441,271; Mobile homes: $84,320

That's kinda what I was thinking. My former wife actually went all medical in Mammoth, but they told her to be sure to have it looked at back in the metro

Pop. %±
1880 473 —
1980 3,929 —
1990 4,785 21.8%
2000 7,093 48.2%
2010 8,234 16.1%
Est. 2016 7,994 [5] −2.9%

Mammoth Lakes real estate market has gone through ups and downs over the past few decades. In 1980, an earthquake with magnitude of 6.1 on the Richter scale sent area property values plummeting on fears of a potential volcanic eruption similar to the 1980 eruption of Mount St. Helens. A huge real estate surplus formed after this, Mammoth Lakes had a total of over 1200 properties on the market.

Like it says in the old song

"You never know what will be coming down"

My favorite time was fall when it was just starting to cool down and the people were sparse

A lot of kooks sounds like fewer than normal? As far as I'm concerned Mammoth is just another subarb of Los Angeles since damn near everyone that lives in mammoth moved there from Los Angeles...which explains the customer service in that town.

Those were fun times Werner. I remember rippin' around the Mountain with you, Mach 10. As I recall you used parachute cord for "safety straps." Minimum ski length were 215's, but a few had access to the 223's Team downhill boards. Smokin' fast runs from the top to the bottom, no stoppin'. Helmets?! Hah!
