Forrest Gardner in Ringgold,Georgia does excellent work.
He is reasonably priced and will use the USPS to ship and receive.

Hi ho! I used to do those repairs until my equipment was stolen. Fish may still do such work. A parrot beak swager is cheap....

I've fixed 'em with perlon, and melted and flattened the ends coming out of the lobes - voila!
Also done same with 100-lb test fishing line, you have to soften it a little with heat to make the tight trigger turn.
Just sayin' it works well for the dirtbag climber

Off topic a little, but
The trigger wires on BD C3's aren't repairable which wasn't something I realized when I purchased them!
You can send them back to BD for warranty review but if they think it was caused by normal usage them your out of luck.

They build pistons for '57 chevey's in garages in cuba. It's always repairable.
