Going through all of Ouch's posts from the beginning, there are tons of replies to "T*R".
But all of those replied-to posts are gone! WTF? Did this person knott recently state:

"I want to own my posting history"?

WTF???????????1111

Anyway, I'm wondering how this amazing feat was accomplished...

Why don't you post that in response to the dozens of political threads that flood this site every week?

I felt the same when Crowley's 13,000 + posts vanished, and he "stalked" me. So there...

Who could possibly care? Anyone who posts is free to post, to not post, to edit posts, and to remove posts, within the capabilities of the forum. Have you never edited or removed one of your posts?

And why would you bother even looking? Couldn't you be out climbing or working or going to school or something useful?

I see 19 posts in that thread.

were there more?

I can only hope that my early rants have dissappeared, but I would hate to see some of the classic threads go away.

You know, I've decided I don't like you very much, you self-righteous prick.
This isn't the first time you've "harassed" me, and I suspect it won't be the last...

I'm going through all of Ouch's Posts, nimrod, and the name I refered to above comes
up again and again, and ALL of that person's posts are gone. Yeah, I could do more useful
things, you fuçking hypocrite, but it is as a service to everyone here, and it will be
appreciated by all who enjoyed Ouch's work. Piss off, and please stop HARASSING me!

It has fuçk-all to do with "T*R". Crowley posted nearly 14,000 times, and although he
deleted at least a third of them himself, they ALL disappeared. So reading those threads
is really annoying because the conversations are disjointed. Remember all the people
who stood up for Crowley - and all the good stuff he wrote? Don't they feel the same way?

my guess is what happened... very simple.... they executed an SQL query that looked something like:

delete from forum_posts where userid = "some number".

gone and never to return is my guess. That's where AC's went.

Hardman, Take a breather bro. Your focus has gotten a little narrow. TR tried to get them to save her stuff, but for some reason they couldn't. So its gone. Thats just the way it is. There is nothing sinister behind it.

I thought Nature was getting all of Ouch's stuff off Ouch's computer and so going through all of his post was no longer necessary. So whats up?

Also, there was ZERO reason for the "toulomne*rainbow" posts to disappear.

Awww now, you guys lighten up on HK.

After all, he want's to have my love child.

Anders, you and HK kiss and make up, but NO TONGUES! And that goes DOUBLE for you, HK!

Anders isn't what you accused him of being, I think you know you'd really like him in fact if you met. I know I would. HE did get a little testy though, over a molehill as it were, LOL. But then, who on here isn't guilty of that once in a while?

Now you KNOW things are bad when I am moderating between to 'adversaries', so don't make me have to take any more drugs and come over there you two.

And BTW, HK is right about posts that disappear and screw up the continuity of threads.

Why don't you two just cut each other some slack, and gang up on some rethuglicans together? God knows, they need it.

Yo, Hardmanknott, old voice of experience here strongly suggests (read that, suggests only....) sometimes all of us need to take a deep, cleansing and relaxing breath....turn around and go in a different direction.

To easy to get caught up in a trip....we all have...then miss out on the best trip that we miss cause we are to focused on the current trip. Sounds silly but it makes sense when you try it.

Just a few thoughts from Lynnie, feel free to ignore. : ))

I think HK was already privy to those behind the scenes actions, Lois.

HK, I emailed you about some Mac upgrade questions, but it bounced back. I'll try again in the morning.

chaz was that your birds that would whistle and jssue commands to the Dogs?

I never had a donkey but I did have a skunk (shalimar) when I was 13, and I used to be a part time llama wrangler.

Jaybro, A skunk's one pet who you really need to gain it's trust.

Steevie, the bird, tries to call the dogs, but they never pay any attention at all to him. He whistles, calls them all "Mandy" (the Doberman before last, these birds live a long time), and he scolds them too "get down - lay down - sit down", but the dogs act as if he's not even there.

Lois, here you go:

"Every morning they do this. Good thing I have nice neighbors."

Better hope they never move! Wonder how many UTube videos get used in civil suits as evidence!

Donkey is cuter in Ouch cartoons than moving with noise? What's the name. Don-Quixote? Prima-Donna-Ki?

Peace

Karl
