Nice vids Chris!

Your youtube jumps wouldn't happen to be off Monte Brento above the Garda Lake would they? Guys like you flapping around in their wingsuits and opening the chutes (bang!) have scared the shite out of me on several occasions on that fine stone.
Can't beat the coffee at the small bar at the base. Mmmm, cornetti meravigliosi!

Keep flyin'

yep, all those jumps are off Monte Brento. Landing at the bar... get a beer, get a coffee... pack a parachute, jump again. ah, hard to beat.

Wow! The camera work in this film looks incredible. Peter and crew have really risen the bar with their recent works.

Is that someone freesoloing with a base chute on their back?

Also of note are the Films entered in the contest. (click on "The Contest" on the Reel Rock Tour site) http://www.reelrocktour.com/

I thought Rediness is All by Spencer Victory was quite entertaining.

Also Chalk It Up was worth the watch.

I was belaying Ammon on the aid whipper.... i was way more scared than he was.

And here is some trivia: what is Ammon holding in the upside down screaming swinging fall toward the end of the trailer?

So I've watched this trailer two days in a row now.
I get psyched.
My hands get sweaty.
I reach behind me for my chalk bag.

Then realize I'm at home in my pj's.

Yeah, I'll watch that movie for sure.

What route were you on with Ammon? I can see it's just a bit right of Zodiac. I don't recognize it from Bad Sign. You're above Cats and Frogs / Ladybug Ledge. Hmmmm, how about the eighth or ninth pitch of Lunar Eclipse?

Just go this one from Chris- Really one of the best climbing docos I have ever seen. Unbelieveable stuff and a great snapshot of the current state of the art, with the real players, not the magazine fluff stuff.

Dean's climbing fall, recovery into stable freefall, and pulling his chute was friggin' mind-blowing.

I finally got to see it a couple of nights ago... while sober, haa haa.

Big props on the editing and dialog, super smooth. Cool to see all the monkey’s in one episode.

My favorite character goes to:

Hank Caylor

I'm about halfway through... up to the gnarly Czech "rope knots" only area (can't remember the name off the top of my head)... zoinks!

Nice cinemetography, well done. No one wants to fall (I think?), but it nice to see how it's done by the best!

Caylor is the best, agreed.

Edit: it's a Czech, not a German area... this is what happens when you're folding laundry at one a.m.

LOL!

I brought the DVD over to my brother's place last night and watched it again with him. I hadn't watched the "extras" yet but my brother likes to look at every part of DVD's. We laughed super hard at the extra footage of Hank that the film makers included. I thought that the drinking and tower jumping scenes were pretty funny too. Those German/Czech tower rocks are awesome looking.

Help support independant film makers!
