I believe the call letters are K-TACO and this is probably why the listening audience is limited, since formal licensing policies are violated.
The United States federal government began licencing radio stations in late 1912, and from the beginning it has assigned call letters starting with K and W to commercial and broadcasting stations. Moreover, from the start the policy has been that stations in the west normally got K-- calls, while W-- calls were issued to stations in the east.

I listened to the voices in my head for the 15,348th day in a row. It's getting sorta old so I'm going to start listening to the ringing in my ears instead. Pitchfork gave tinitis a great review so I'm going to check it out since I tend to enjoy a lot of ambient music.
