For the past several years my climbing partners and I have been using an outdated (I imagine) and inaccurate (I know) topo for Sauratown Mountain in North Carolina. Does anyone know of a good one either for sale or on the web? If so, pass the word (or link) along. Thanks!

you might try posting this on seclimbers.org I don't think there is anything officially in print. The area is kinda low key and getting out of season (during camp season, I think it is closed). Good luck
