Pretty cool concept. The demo of the setup is really good. Good luck with this.

I'd be the first to climb with it pre-inflated so I didn't waste energy at the end of the day

Nylon 235D is pretty thin. Sleeping pressed against a rock is pretty abrasive. Two of these things are 7 lbs to an A5 double's 9 + a couple ridge rests that double as haul bag padding. That's not a lot of weight savings for the extreme loss of durability and increased risk.
I'm just not seeing this thing go anywhere other than extreme alpine ascents and tech nerds on their way to bailing off the Nose - as in they'll sell like 10 per year. ie, they probably made more money off the gofundme than 10 years of profits.

^ If that's the weight difference then this is not a good design. I think the key design feature would be that, if it pops and deflates, you can still sleep in it, in a fetal position, in a one-point hammock. If it pops and you're in it, and the next thing you know you are hanging from your harness tangled up in the ledge, that's not a good nights sleep.
When I was climbing these kinds of routes 30 years ago, I didn't have a ledge but borrowed a bent up grammici ledge from a friend. I took it up two routes, Zodiac and the Moonlight Buttress, and it didn't work either time. I would set it up, then when I weighted it, it would turn into an hourglass shape and toss me out. On Zodiac I was trying to hang the haulbag horizontally and at least put my legs in it, to get the weight off the harness. I never solved any of these problems and hung in my harness every night. So, this inflatable design would have to work even if the ledge popped, otherwise go with the double A5.

If they are smart, they should be able to sell 100s of these to people looking for a cool hammock for every one they sell to a climber.

Sounds pretty revolutionary and it appears they have done due diligence in regards to testing...could be a game changer.
