Hey man, the standard has been set with WH Aides dismissing McCain because "he'll be dead soon anyways..."

Didn't see any uproar from the Trumpistas here about the McCain comments by the aide or when McCain was mocked by Trump for being a POW.

F*#k Larry Kudlow. He can rot.

If you don't like it, then condemn your President for worse.

MB1! I would like to share my background & hopefully make you less alarmed about some of "us liberals."

I grew up in the 1950's & early 60's, in a working-class family in a small-town in central Idaho, which happened to be one-mile away from Sun Valley.

Ernest Hemmingway was a friend of my father, knew me, & used to walk by our house & cheerfully shout: "Hello young man," during his daily walk into Ketchum to get his mail & drink with the locals. We hunted deer & elk for meat every fall, because we didn't have much money.

On the other-hand, I was a Young Republican. I voted for George McGovern in 1972 against Nixon & then didn't vote for a Democrat until Clinton's 2nd term.

My local High School class had 53 people in it, 8 have died, & I am in touch with 15 on Facebook. In this very conservative, very Republican state, only one of those classmates is a Trump supporter.

I own 12 firearms & regularly shoot rodents with them on our 5-acre "ranchette."

I still support the "Gawd-given" right of poor & diseased Americans to die in the street.

And I believe, Trump is the worst president America has ever imposed on itself.

I'm sorry he somehow got elected, with the help of the Russians, & I will continue to oppose & bad-mouth Trump.

It was a minor heart attack. It sounds like he worked himself into an artery spasming froth. Trump doesnít spare those yes men, you can strain your drains heeding every twitch of his tail.

I agree!

I'm not yet convinced of the "help of the Russians" part, but I have no problem with people "bad-mouthing" Trump.

Of course, there's a big difference between calling him out on issues and on his horrific "persona," vs. advocating violence and reveling in the suffering of people you don't agree with, as too many do on these threads.

And the best response such guys have is: "Other people are just as bad," as if that justifies some race to the bottom. It doesn't, and if that's the "level," then we can kiss this entire nation good-bye. Civil discussion was the foundation of this nation, and it's the only hope we've got today.

We've got to recognize that NEITHER party is for US, and both are utterly corrupt and seek only power and more control over every tiny detail of our lives. Nit-picking over opinions that amount to, "MY steaming pile of maggot-infested shite has fewer maggots than your pile," is a fool's game that both parties have us playing.

If you like small government, hate regulation and love rampant military spending fine, let's argue as friends.

If you're willingly part of a malignant cancer eating at our democracy in collaboration with evil oligarchs with the intent to entrench the wealthy as our masters and end the greatest experiment this world has ever known- Ok then, hey Larry, get well bud🌝🖕

Which of these don't go together?

"Itís been established that the Russians helped elect Trump with their cyber operations as well as boots on the ground."

"Wether they figured that out themselves or had help from the Trump camp is yet to be determined...."

"None of us know the extent of evidence and conclusions he has at this point."

Something sure stinks though.

Yeah, like the revealed extent of the Democratic fixing of the primary in favor of Clinton. That's the stinkiest part of the whole election process, other than that Trump ended up as President as a result.

The extent and causal results of "Russian help" are literally not known. To even call the limited involvement "help" implies collusion that hasn't been show, and it implies that they accomplished much more than it now seems that they did.

It sucks that the Russians play their games, but it should be no surprise to anybody that foreign governments play what games then can.

What "stinks" is that people jump on a bandwagon on the basis of so little actual evidence.

https://fivethirtyeight.com/features/how-much-did-russian-interference-affect-the-2016-election/

The stinkier question concerns how Hillary manipulated the FBI investigation of Trump.

https://www.investors.com/politics/editorials/russia-trump-investigation-how-did-hillary-clinton-get-fbi-fisa-to-do-her-political-dirty-work/

I quote: "Most importantly, it now looks as if the FBI's 'Russian collusion' case was based almost entirely on information doled out by Hillary Clinton operatives and a foreign spy, Steele, who was paid by Clinton and the Democratic Party and who had openly expressed an intense loathing of Donald Trump."

So, whatever you think "has been established," in fact remains contentious and highly politicized.
