We had a blast on the classic alpine climb, Arête des Cosmiques also known as Cosmique Ridge, this Spring. Lost of snow, lots of adventure. Anyone else done the Cosmique Ridge?

Great video! I enjoyed the Cosmique Arete about 10 years ago although it was probably in July so much less snow. Wonderful!

Thanks! 😄
It snowed quite heavily the night before...about 45 cm! That definitely changed the conditions that day. Would like to do the route again someday with less snow.

What a gorgeous day!
I loved the ladder finish onto the deck of the Midi station.
Classique!

I was told that each day when the Cham Guide Classes were over, all the students (aspiring certified guides) had to run up that route before going home. A last one to the top is a rotten egg kind of thing..
It's a great route.

Haha, I would imagine that to be true about the Chamonix guides.

@Rick A: Yeah, the laddets are pretty fun! It is also fun to watch the expressions of all the tourists when you suddenly pop over the fence with all your gear on. Priceless!
