I am flying to Vegas in a week for 8 days of climbing at Red Rocks and J Tree.
I have 2 pairs os shoes that need resoling and am looking for recommendations.
Who is good?

just make sure you ask for the stock thickness on the sole or you will end up with the Frankenstein effect or what I call the club foot

Another vote for Positive Resoles. Locker's done good work for me.

there used to be a guy using Joshua tree outfitters, i don't remember his name. also i always used a guy named Dennis, who did a great job, but was sometimes on the slow side. also i recommend Joshua tree outfitters to rent or buy anything else you might need. coolers, tents, boulder pads, stoves, ect.

See Locker about resoles. Does a great job on everybody's shoes, except for Prod's. (That's an "in" joke).

Pat Dennis is another good resoler. He is not as fast as locker, but he is extremely good. Call Nomad for details.

Don't drop off any more shoes for Locker! I need him to belay me on my latest 5.8 mega-project.

Glad to see you are still alive and well, locker!

I've missed your brand of humor here on the Taco stand, but can understand if you want a break. Just ignore those moosestyle bullies ;-)

Am joking with my mention of moose.

I hope you get some climbing breaks in now and then between all the shoes!

Black Rainbow Resoles in Las Vegas does a fantastic job also. I just dropped off three pairs there over Christmas and had them done.

Glad I don't need any shoes resoled right now. Locker does awesome work. I know CDB and all, but still...
