Jebus is, and always be, a ridiculous person. Dude knows how to push "tacoians" buttons like nobody else. He also managed to climb what felt like every day while going through nursing school with a pregnant wife... I was single, self-employed, and still had to bail on him a bunch! Don't know how he did it.

Shitty man :(( I did *something* to my left MCL twice, a month or so of Rice kinda got it back but I did a loooot of hang boarding hahaha. I've always been super lucky in the big injuries, though. Dislocated two toes and a finger (all reduced by yours truly so I could finish training, lulz), staph infections, MCL sprains, concussions, eczema, ringworm, my ankle clicks and I'm pretty sure I have some bone chips in my elbow from arm bars. BUT, I don't know anyone that's died doing that, so it kinda seems worth it still...
Strength and conditioning helps, squats and deads and some kettlebell swings so my idiot body stays in position under stress. I think being super short and stumpy kinda helps reduce leverage on my limbs, too.
