I think the way you present the details is biased, though.

I used to work in the medical device industry. Go to the patent office website, USPTO.GOV and search patents, specifically Inventor Name, using "Kasper, Thomas A." as your input.
If you don't think that SERIOUS reform, in form of draconian legislation, isn't required RIGHT NOW, then you are not paying attention. The medical and pharmaceutical industries and their powerful lobbyists are not working for the public's best interest. Instead of helping people be healthy and stay alive, the industry is now populated by vicious cannibals who only see $$$$$$$$.
Janet Reno didn't "gas" David Koresh and the Branch Davidians. There was a federal search warrant for serious firearms violations, and it was widely known that Koresh was a mentally ill child molester who had become a self-professed Jesus figure to his simple-minded followers. Koresh brainwashed his followers into believing that some sort of Biblically-prophesised END OF TIMES was occurring, and the event was essentially a mass suicide by a religious cult.
What happened in Waco was very similar to what happen in Jonestown.
So, I think your post was slanted to favor your personal view, which is fine.
I just wanted to retort that I can see the slant.
The most important thing is that we communicate, in a civil manner. You may be able to change my mind, or vice versa.

Does that concept of history include pre-21st Century?
It's great to be agitated and vociferous about an issue. But, to be taken seriously, there has be some level of restraint when it comes to outsized rhetoric.
A perfect example of someone without this sort of rhetorical filter is Trump.

We need to tone down the ad hominem attacks against people who post here. If you disagree with someone's post, then present your opposing view.
