Can we agree to leave klimmer's ex-wife out of this?
It is certainly interesting watching Craig Fry show his ass by attacking the family/ex-family of Klimmer.
All the while castigating him for supporting someone as low-base as Trump.
The liberal ethos personified; do as I say not as I do.

The presumptive GOP presidential nominee is attempting to sand off his hardest edges ahead of the November election.
As he shifts gears ahead of the general election, presumptive GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump has been busy softening his stance on a number of issues — including self-funding his campaign, taxing the wealthy, raising the federal minimum wage and cutting entitlement spending like Social Security and Medicare.
But perhaps the biggest — and most brazen — attempt to make himself more palatable to the GOP establishment and general election voters alike is his recent comment spinning his controversial call to ban all Muslims from entering the United States as “just a suggestion.”
“We have a serious problem, and it’s a temporary ban — it hasn’t been called for yet, nobody’s done it, this is just a suggestion until we find out what’s going on,” Trump told Fox News Radio’s Brian Kilmeade on Wednesday.
That’s decidedly not the way Trump and his campaign presented it earlier this year. Take, for example, a statement his campaign released in December in the aftermath of the terror attacks in Paris and San Bernardino, California.
“Donald J. Trump is calling for a total and complete shutdown of Muslims entering the United States until our country’s representatives can figure out what is going on,” the statement read.

He will flip flop on everything he needs to do to get the funding he Must acquire to go on with his race.
So all this BS about being Independent of Big Money has gone out the window

I like Klimmer. I've had immense fun with his 'Massive Ark on the Moon' thread (of which I have, really and truly, read Every Single Comment); most of us here are shaking our heads at the dissonance of his support for Trump and his religious views and have been trying to convince him of the reality of Trump, to no avail. Obviously, nothing is going to change his mind.
A while back I made a mistake with a personal attack in a comment directed at Klimmer regarding teaching; someone, I don't recall who, called me on it. They were right and I was embarrassed. I edited the comment and apologized to Klimmer for my poor and boorish behavior. There is no need for personal attacks. We each will believe what we will; some of us are more susceptible to absorbing new information and changing our views, but if someone isn't, there is no need for ad hominem attacks.
This comment is not aimed at anyone and is just a statement of my feelings regarding comments.

I'm not talking about this election.
Less government is the ONLY way out of this. The reason people are so polarized is due to the fact that government is in every single corner of our lives. No other reason. The only way to control your life is through using the government to do it. As a result, these elections are critical for business, citizens and the elected elite.
this election has the potential of absolutely, positively making my life miserable. And yours too. And everyone's. So why wouldn't we be willing to fight over it?
If we continue down the path we are on, it will not just be digs and jabs on Internet forums. It will be much worse.
That's a reality a lot people recognize but don't want to talk about or recognize because it ends with more questions than answers.

Less government is the ONLY way out of this.
Unfortunately, both sides have embraced an entitlement mindset. They both want the government to do their bidding.
Build a wall.
Keep out the Muslims.
It's not just about free college and transgender bathrooms.

What does less government even mean? It Besides taxes I don't really think the government is really in my life all that much. Zoning? Building codes? Lots of regulating exists for good reason.

The way out of is to have growth in the good job sector causing the middle class to expand and be healthy again. Also, get the press/news outlets out of the hands of a few rich people and back into public service again. The more actual news and less nonsense people are fed the better.
Edit; rewarding someone for "bad behavior" doesn't make them want to stop generally. If they are trolling, they are looking for a response. Don't give it to them.
