Ok kiddies. It's that time of year. With deflated footballs, over inflated egos, insane ticket prices guaranteed to bankrupt a third world country, post up some Stuper Bowl Sunday recipies.

Here are a few I fumbled across:

Bacon Wrapped Tater Tot Bombs. These look yummy, and potentially fatal.

http://damndelicious.net/2014/07/26/bacon-wrapped-tater-tot-bombs/

Here's another little gem. Looks easy enough to make.

http://www.passionforsavings.com/2013/12/mini-taco-bowls-recipe/

And finally, this one. A total artery clogger.

As long as Marshawn has his balls inflated and doesn't have to check them (and get a 15 yard penalty) I'm good.

That's cause they are all at the Saloon watching the game. I remember a few years ago when Bridwell was camped out here at my place and hitched a ride all the way to town to watch the game.

Yikes.

With that setup, how do you know the difference between the Stuper Bowl or Barney The Purple Dinosaur?

Sadly the stupor is offset by the RedBull, Cocain set at who's party I am the Dood who climbs like that Honnlove, guy.

Really I can expect questions, like;
Yes only Handz Anz Feetz, tens of inches from the ground, trick photography,. Or is that as high as Everest? or, "They put the ropes up there so that they could make the movie about how to climb".

Past experiences, (and those corn fed comments), as well as stupid party games;
idiots challenging idiots
to 'climb that', while holding a drink, have led to my recipie.

I cling to the hope that, the industrial size bowl will last the entire second half when my hosts, get wicked loud & crazy buzzed, it iz an annual party.
You can see it on my Octagon Space Site.

Rule 1: Don't do messy or weird foods that require you to
set down a beer to eat it!!

And preparing yourself physically is just as important as getting the food vs beer mix right. A good work out and a light meal 4 hours before kickoff.

Place a large table for the food between where you sit and the television.
Preposition beverage coolers all around the room so no idiot blocks your view of the game passing beers.

A hot box full of burgers, dogs and chili will be universally hailed as genius. Add a variety veg plate, chips, salsa, dips, etc.

Extra televisions in the bathroom and kitchen are absolutely not over kill.

Who is playing?

I hope the commercials are good. The afterparty could be a blast with enough tannerite,...

I will be making buffalo chicken wings in honor of the roasting Seattle will get.

It's easy. Bag of chicken wings marinated in Franks Hotwing Sauce. Then into a skillet cook for a bit and pour in more sauce. MMMM tasty.

Might go with chicken breast meat cut into chunks instead..either way is fine.

Anybody see SNL?

The ball boy does a Jack Nicholson "you can't handle the truth" soliloquy substituting "balls" for "walls".

So the refs aren't permitted to squeeze the team's balls before the game?

rlf.... I am pretty neutral.

My team left me a long time ago for greener pastures in St. Louis....

and now the bitch wants me to take her back.

Yea, like that is going to happen!

all I care about is a good game, I hate it when its like the 2nd qtr and its a blowout, then the only thing to do is drink up all the beer and hit the hay.

I'm with you on that one. Last year's game was pretty pathetic. I usually pick "my" team during the coin toss.

My Renowned Super Bowl Chili!

Nothing too special really. Meaty red chili.

I use four meats. Beef, Pork as sausage and as Bacon, and Veal. (yeahyeah that's only two blah)

I'll also use game meat if I have it. Elk this year.

I make the pot and let it sit for at least 72 hours.

I make it mild so everyone can enjoy it. Simply serve diced Habs on the side for those who want heat.

To Bean or Not to Bean? Up to the cook. I've got some beans so, probably yeah.

Sour cream, shredded cheese, etc.

GO BIRDS!

Here
Right here
right now in the middle of a blizzard in the middle of the night I am jonesing for the whole menu, The tutor bombs especially!
That is probably (not spelt prolly)because it is a hart attack in a can so to speak, with the exception of the Gauq, and chips.
yeah I am looking at fesh veggies flash boiled to bring up the green and some soft to the snap three layer and seven layer dip that is very light or no dairy.
Home seasoned chips & store bought unsalted blue chips , and I will bring but not enjoy a Raclette cheese machine!and six baggetts.
The cultural clash at the jar heads house party is always more entertaining than the big? game.

I will make a batch of chili (with beans) with all the fixins, sour cream, avocado, cheeze, onions and jalapenos.

Also a huge bowl of homemade guac, as it was said earlier nothing better than fresh guac!!

If I can find good tomatos some roasted tomato salsa.

Girlfriends is going to make some crispy brussel sprouts with shallots and bacon ends from Mohagany meats.

And probably some sort of finger foods.

Round it all off with a keg of a local craft brew, this year Strand Brewing 24th St Pale Ale.

Pretty much don't care who wins the game either, I hope its a good game. Its just a reason to get together with good friends.
