Little Z, they are great! Thanks for sharing them with the Taco!

And now here, nearly a fully red blood moon. Oh how so very cool!

Gomez, we'll have to get together when "The Editor" arrives. :)

There still may be a chance, Ed. Would be wonderful with your camera. A great greeting card for my (now) collection. Happy New Year!

hey there say, all... i just saw the last part of it, with my mom,
while she was in HER house in calif, on the phone...

could have seen more of it, earlier, but i was cold and tired, from
helping a dear older friend, here... michigan...

it was fun! my mom and i love to WATCH and view the moon...
she did not go out, (just by phone with me) as it was rainying,
earlier over there and wet out -- though clear...
and it was very late for her to go out-- (eleven)

thanks for all the fun shares...

my view looked a bit like cyndie's yard shot, with the trees,
but, moon being covered at the lower RIGHT side, instead...
and,,,
a bit like little z's...

wow, cyndie-- lovely full moon shot...

even though the moon here, was, going through the eclipse, my
yard was lit up SO nice, that all the tree branches had
'etchings' all over-- well, shadows, :) of the tree branches!!!

it was wonderful!!

glad i got out with my mom, so to speak, to SEE AT LEAST some of it...

:)

i love the yard, that way, too... shadow branches across the crisp snow...

it was about 3 DEGREES out there, :O

Cyndie Bransford, super great photos and beautiful home with fantastic Cmas Trees!!!

Marmoting, Gnome and Dickbob, Serious thanks for making the evening special with your photos! It was a superior evening and thanks to the night gods that it occurred so early...I still got to watch the Aussie Open.

Only 5 months until the next total eclipse people!

And if Chile isn’t in yer budget ya gotta wait until 2024 for a Murrican one.
As a remarkable coincidence totality will pass through the town of Wapakoneta, Ohio,
home of Neil Armstrong, the first person to set foot upon the Moon!

From Park City. Got lucky with a 3 hour window of clear weather between storms. Paid for the luck with a massive amount of shoveling today.

Hot off the lap-top from the minus 12 degreesstill me be still me:: 12:30 eastern
I've got 2 tools
a mono & a tripod both
both are in the frozen shut cars
worth retrieving

next time we go
not worth a trip
risking a slip
on the to`or`fro

Not remembering to grab them the one time,
When It was freezing raining,
Shoveling the widow making
 Not going to go now
going where those frozen 'boats'
are in the bitter below zero
 well after midnight

It Was a WOLF MOON ,& I thought of both of you ; ESkip, if you read this take a close up of the nearest thing to a full moon in your orbit:
the top of his head....
just having fun at your dispense,
keep disparaging the Luna, see where it gets you . . .
again-
decidedly said in jest
I like both the send-ups they are the best
