The Hosers are sending!
We are at the top of 2 on BttB. Luxurious and gentlemanly big wall camping to come.
With Jon Rigg and Dom Ngo, their first EC route.
Wish us luck. Send beers. We only have about 70 left!
Pls put up links to Toms report here when he posts.
Cheers and coffee, eh? We are here at least one more night, so Changeover Time will likely be early.

Wow. Lots of adventure the last 24 hrs. HUGE thunderstorm last night thumped us hard, at edge of Horsetail Falls. But ledge flies held out.
Pretty serious lead today, the Real Deal for sure. Small peckers and loose rock to avoid. What a great pitch! Superb obscure big wall rock climbing here! Hope Tom got some pics.
Thanks also to Maya who rapped off today, a huge help in schlepping and hauling and stoke.
Jon leads tomorrow. Thank goodness. I,m whooped. But back on form.
Cheers and margaritas, eh?

Pete's been getting spotty coverage up on the wall. He can read stuff here but doesn't seem to be able to post any replies.
Maybe he should be leading more pitches.. you know, to keep his mind off posting on ST ;)
I have demonstrated my answer to Klaus' question after every ascent since I made my promise to you all. I am reformed. ;)
Still aglow over yesterday's incredible pitch. Dom and Jon are at it now. This route is one of the best, and rivals Bad Seed in quality and sustained difficulty, though nothing fully desperate, at least not yet!
Shout to us from the bridge, we can hear.

Arg. No signal last night. So from lat night. ...
Good Friday evening from stormy El Cap. We got surprised by rain and got wet struggling to put on our rain flies. But we're inside now reasonably dry
Bad to the Bone has been a superb route, quite sustained, never desperate. But we ain't done yet. We are on the right side of the Devil's Brow in a spectacular exposed bivi. Jon and Dom have climbed great on their first El Cap route, a PDH one at that.
So not only is it Friday, but it is a milestone for me. Not counting base and summit bivis, this is my 600th night on the side of El Cap. Woo hoo!
Three pitches and God willing, my 51st different route.
So cheers to all from the Big Stone. Still have beer, wine, a bit of Sailor Jerrys and some tequila left. But might need some of my caving buddy Dick's homemade Kentucky bourbon, 190 proof!
Saturday morning: we are so overprovisioned. that. we had to declare a rest day. Plus we are climbing too quickly. Couldn't possibly top. out in under ten days. So cheers to chillin. hard on the wall.!
Neil Cheltam is a wanker. And Ottawa Doug is a weenie! And Klaus is rather a sick- o.
Good times on Bad to the Bone!
And Susie Q .... I have your beers!
Saturday afternoon- another storm!! Holy frig! Where's Ottawa Doug? ? Don't see his fly up. Oh, there he is on top of Texas Flake. Slow to deploy. Did he get wet? And why not WOEML? ? Surely not TR again.
One of the best ever sunsets in the clearing clouds. Brilliant orange Allentown on Middle Cathedral.
