He looks pretty fit, and climbs rather well.
I have decided I'm going to climb again, and this will be my target weight.
I think he is 5'11" and appears to be around 170.

I recently watched the North Face parking lot interview with him and Cedar Wright, and thought it was pretty good. Especially his take on Joshua Tree.

Just watched the 60 minutes video.
Pretty good.
Kinda funny at the end of the video when they name the sponsor, Viagra.
I may need that too, soon.

I don't think he weighs anything at all.
That's why he never falls on all those free solos ......

He's not religious and is smart enough to not waste time posting to this site. Unlike us...
I'm 5'11" and haven't seen 160 since sophomore year of high school. It's funny he and Hans have almost the same body, Hans is just a few inches taller.

I'm 6'1" and about 165 and right now can't climb worth a sh!t. Weight isn't everything. If you climb like a mofo, your body will find it's right weight.

klaus is awfully curious about Alex -- not that I judge that sort of thing
so he's 5'11" then? 5'11" 160?
I have a spreadsheet of alpine climbers' heights and weights. As far as I'm concerned, anyone with a "George Lowe weight" of 150-155 (on a 5'10" frame) is good for anything
especially if you happen to be George Lowe

I scream like Ondra to lose weight by expellingl humidity from my lungs.
Whenever Ondra has sex, there are many reports to local authorities of sounds of a mass murder being committed.

I've bouldered in the gym briefly with Alex once. He's about my height 6ft and pretty lean. The 160 number sounds about right by guestimation.
He seems to be fairly unaffected by gravity compared to others. I think you need to get to the bottom of that if you want to climb like him.

Heard that when Bachar was soloing at his peak, he (or maybe them dudes) was doing one-arm pull-ups with weights.
I remember Bachar saying he wasn't sure all of the one arm pull ups etc. actually helped.
I think it was on a pull up thread.
