Hey Jongy, Weld-It and Flashy-P, i know that your favorite holds are created from used kitty litter and cat turds reinforced with Gorilla Glue.
below is a photo of a wad of Gorilla Glue that was just surgically removed from a friends dogs stomach. it apparently ate the whole tube.
be careful guys, and stay positive Flashy-P

I don't know anything about what's up with Splashy P, but I posted an update on Weld_It a while back, with some pictures of what he's doing these days.
Here are a couple of them that show how he's combined his climbing and welding skills to help make the world a better place:
