Mike,

Some of us don't post trip reports because our photos are horrible, or we forget to take photos because we're having too much fun, or our butts look too big in the few photos we did take, or whatever. ;-)

Posting TRs isn't the criteria you should be judging...reading and acknowledging TRs is.

You, Micronut, Ed, Dingus, Fritz, Mr.E and a few others put up superb TRs and I love reading them. A lot of peeps love reading them. Giving us a .000317 ratio cause we can't write TRs is just not fair.

;-)

PS. Would you like a TR of me hauling the trash to the street through 8 inches of snow...down a 45 degree-black-iced driveway? Yer guaranteed to laugh...

I'd like to see your trash hauling tr there L, it would kick ass compared to a lot of content around here guaranteed.

And if it's anything like that Halloween story u told us awhile back it would probably be hilarious too!

boo. mine is skewed heavily since some of my posts link to trip reports posted on my blog and many of my pictures are uploaded elsewhere and inserted here.

I would take any trip report from you L. I only have 7 TRs and two or three were written by my son so you can devide my number by two, but Jack's may be skyrocketing.

And for the sake of getting a number(don't want zeros in the numerater) I think those with no TR or photos should put in a +1 so the new ST ratio = (TR+1)x(photo+1)/number of posts.

No meaning derived from this, not that anyone should care what I think, but much research may be devoted to this at which point conclusions may be drawn.

4trs + 2 live tr's (which should be worth more since they are so much work)+ 1888 pics (most of then on flickr) / 3718= 3.05 A large majority of my posts are on topic as well.

Way too many posts, but 29 trip reports, even though some of them aren't awesome, and 3,900 photos.

I think I'm doing alright.....maybe.

Somebody please figure it out for me!
