Y'all mostly know the details. I'll add more later but for now this is enough to mark your calendar.

I can't call it SushiFest IV:XX because the 20th is Easter so we're doing it a week later.

YES!

That would be great to fit into our empty April agenda!

Looking forward to helping out and meeting the folks there

not to mention some climbing.

I generally get a bad allergic reaction around Easter? That takes a week or so to shut me down for a few days...

We'll be there. I hope that Fritz and Heidi bring their famous Idaho dish Roadkill Tartare. Won't be fish but it isn't cooked....should fit right in.

Donini? Roadkill Tartare??

In Idaho:
If it's worth cooking------It's worth Over-cooking.

Jest because Heidi & I are co-sponsored by the Idaho Pork Producers doesn't mean we don't like a little raw-fish------at occasional intervals.

But Fritz.....most of the roadkill you throw in the back of your pick up ISN'T worth cooking. Skunks, possums, racoons, and bobcats really aren't grill worthy.

Donini: Skunks might be a trophy here in Choss Creek, but I haven't been that hungrey of late.

The Idaho Pork Producers have been sending Heidi and me 100 lbs. of fresh Idaho pork monthly, plus those fat endorsement checks.

Pork! It's the other White-meat!
