Pete is having an awesome time on El Cap... He made it to TG ledge yesterday (monday oct 7) and is hanging out in the lurking fear cave on TG. He plans to rap LF wednesday or thursday

Pete pre-stocked the LF cave.....celebrating ascent #50 in style.

He'll outlast that pinhead Obama.

as long as he's got his plush jackin' crab, pics of youngens, and maybe a pino, why would he leave the ledge cave? all the comforts of home right.

he then can wait for a slight snow dusting and get Werner and Dill to fly his ass off at our American expenses.

you pay taxes for that sh!t

thinkin that the Box-O-Wine might be the way to go up there,

most volume per container weight,

plus you can burn the plastic bladder and cardboard for heat or as a Help signal,

Pete has communication with several people... I know as they email me from time to time. I have not heard from anyone lately but most of his beer made it to Oakhurst, where it awaits his arrival... he was most worried about his collection of "fine" wines in the bear boxes at the bridge... I cleared out his stuff when I left on Oct 3rd and it is all ok. I did pinch a candy bar or two as payment for having to handle his stuff, including dirty laundry.. I wore a "moon" suit so as not to be infected! Oh the humanity!!!!

A moon suit? Now that's funny! Hope all of you are doing well despite the gov't shutdown and subsequent park closing.

Cheers,

someone brought a goggle case by the bridge with a broken pair of glasses and a cellphone maybe 2 weeks ago. They said they picked it up below pete and I assured them that I'd get it back to him. It sounds like it isn't his, unless he brings multiple phones with him. Anyone missing this?

A moon suit? That smote me to my knees.
