Very nice. Thanks. Do you mind editing in the names and locations of these places? The rock in the first photo is soooo appealing!

Kartch - It's not so much about finding a partner, as much as finding time away from work....

Tom, did you get caught in the rain. Saw someone up there on my way back from Big Sky. Good for you guys. Seems like Coop is guiding that thing every week as well.

Yeah, that was us. We did the last pitch in the rain, but it cleared pretty quickly.

We got to watch a bunch of yellowstone rafters get stuck a bit past house rock, pretty funny stuff. A yaker stopped, and I thought he was going to help, but it looked like he was just snapping photos and heckling the stranded tourons...hehehe

I think the rafters were probably going faster than the drivers, took me 1.5 hours to get home yesterday. Today I'm going to trail run Lava Lake, it should break up the road rage inside me and allow me to witness the rafting CF.

Very true about Bozeman's growth....this route sees ALOT of traffic, not a bad one to cruise for booty on...too bad the crux section has two VERY fixed cams...kinda junks up the route.

Do you have any Montana photos you'd share Lambone?

Anyone else? I bet a couple of folks on this board have gotten out here, maybe not though....

Anyone else going to share some Montana photos? It's not as taboo as you may think....or is it?

Ok, its really in Montana, up on the highline by Malta, near the Frenchmans' Coulee.

Gotta go, they'll be after me now...don't wanna end up like Club Foot George or Henry Plummer.

I'll bet you guys looking at the South Face of the Black Spire are stoked that you got Ron's excellent guidebook to direct you to my choice routes. The hand drawn topos are second to none--literally! I think for wilderness lines, no topo is the way to go, but then again, I am mostly a pioneering adventure type of climber. Keep 'em guessing on the wilderness stuff--exploration is always rewarded, but no invitations please.

Pineapple Thunderpussy is such a nice line -- two
pitches near the sun/shade line on the buttress. Zero fixed
gear when we did it, that added to the charm too.

Kevin is good sh#t, I don't know who bushido is; he continues to hide behind a internet handle, where as Kevin and I are out climbing.....
