Mine:

Letting into traffic, other people driving cars and riding bikes leads to a feeling of general well being for all involved.

1. Try to keep your expectations low.

2. Routinely exceed them.

3. Act like you don't know what the f*ck's going on.

That's all I got.

A work in progress for me.

So far this is what i have got:

Keep life as simple as possible, relationships, possessions and even work.

Everything in moderation except climbing ;)

Making a conscious effort on a daily basis to evaluate myself and be the best person i can be.

Doing the best i can to leave as little destruction behind on this earth as i can while i am here.

Knowing that today is just a bump in the road and that nothing on earth is permanent. That everything good and bad takes me to where i am heading and that wherever i am heading is exactly where i belong.

2 days ago I was bent to task, prowling the aisles of Home Depot trying to find a product that would offer the key to work salvation and intuitive success in the competition for a buck.

A small child on her little bike pushed herself unhappily through a wide space, down the paint department. She slowly reached the point of complete discomfort and wailed loud and hard for attention.

It ground the construction marketplace to a halt and everyone stopped what they were doing.

The only thing that mattered instantly for a bunch of people trying to buy something, was seeing this child reunited with her dad.

It happened and a lot of people felt personally happy to have cared and were willing to help in a small moment.

Pretty cool !
