Ya well wait until you meet him in real life. He'll curse you, chew your head off and throw stuff at your grandma!

Just kidding, what you see on ST is what you get! Micro has the positive vibe every time I've had the pleasure of meeting him, which is only in the gym so far, but hopefully out on the rock soon!

I'm sure he's probably human, but he loves life, Jesus, and people. That's a good recipe IMHO

I haven't had the opportunity to enjoy your dentist chair, but I've enjoyed your trip reports. Especially the mullet and teeth.

Best TR's out there! One of the most upbeat guys on the taco. We're climbing for the first time together next week. Hopefully he can fix my teeth at the belay changeovers haha.

Nothing against the rest of you, but he's one of the coolest guys on this forum. Seems to lead a balanced and charitable life (but what do I really know), and that is no easy task.

Hope to cross paths with you again, Brother Jett (but hopefully not at 4 am flying up the road)!

Scott is a genuine man, but I've never met him. I can tell from his posts.

I look forward to climbing with him one day. Seems like good people. And a good climber.

And I tend to hate dentists too....but they are necessary.

I total dig your trip reports microhateddentist... heh heh..

I love my dentist. Don't like how much it costs, but have had enough painful teeth to be very happy that someone knows how to deal with it. I wouldn't want to go back to the days of hammer and chisel and pliers with no pain killers. Here.. drink this.. you'll be fine. Bam.. aaaaaaaaaa...

Why are we concentrating on the dentist hood. He is a climber and he writes some dang funny trip reports. Plus its way cool that he offers free advice here.

Cheers Micronut.

Actually, i think my dentist is great, just wish i didn't have the issues that required his attention. There has to be a connection between long alpine climbing trips and peridontal disease.

Aw shucks yall. I'm not really sure what to say, but to have a Micronut Appreciation thread is quite humbling. Thanks so much for all the kind thoughts and minimal slander. Ger, you were a great patient today....took it like a man. Thanks for this.

Supertopo has been good to me.

Yall sent me tons of stuff when our rack and gear got stolen a couple years ago. I've housed complete strangers and made some good real life friends. Gotten some good beta and bad. Got into some ridiculous political threads and enjoyed the banter. Talked with icons in our sport and enjoyed some of the finest alpine "literature" ever written. Supertopo, with all its warts, is a great forum and a place where we can all hang out and enjoy the campfire while at work or when the weather's crummy.

Thanks again, and trust me, the next Trip Report will be one for the record books. I promise.
If you ever see this rig on the side of the road or at a trailhead near you, make sure to say Hello or tell your buddy...."hey, There's Micronut, he's appreciated."

And Donini, sorry you had to see the dentist. Maybe you should have seen this guy.....

One of the good ones, for sure.

He took what is still my favorite picture on ST:

Not sure why it kills me every time. The face is just so sincere and forlorn. It's got this absurd poignancy. Damnit it makes me laugh.

Cheers to you, Micro! Hope to bump into you in Valley some time.
