I tried to call several times and my phone will
not send outbound calls except to police 911
even though the balance was $15.00+ when I sent
the number via a text/email message to 3 numbers.
1 of 3 responded immediately with call back but when I answered
there was no voice. He's out of state and hours ahead of
time. After the calls I received a text message from 1 of the 3
who was probably asleep at the time saying i could here you but
you couldn't hear me. Also they used my name but only my initials
were sent.
I then tried several calls but there was no sound only
billing time showing.

Here's the latest. I called yesterday evening and they asked
for the IMEI which was never given out previously. I noted
to them the IMEI was used to block a stolen phone of mine
with a previous number but this replacement was also purchased
new and is the phone the number change was made with. I asked
them to call me which they did but their was no voice from them.
After returning to the line we were on they said the headset was
bad. This phone has no headset, no bluetooth, no camera and no
radio. I like it this way that's why I bought it. Both speakers
are working just fine, the key pad tones work and also the startup
sounds so your support is not correct! Im going to check 1 more time
today and if its not working its fire.

average of probably no more than 6 hours a night which is plentiful
for many healthy people.
With the settings youv'e seen elsewhere of mine, how could i
be a bot? Secondly dependent upon definition of bot, i wouldnt
listen to or take up a college teachers 3 year offer with either
them or DoD noting their 3 year deal failed badly from what i read.
ATT/GoPHone the phone is now working regards allegations of possible
racketeering im awaiting a call from 1.

My phone works fine and I have no need to track all IP addresses going through 10 different routers to their ultimate physical location using a satellite dish and some chewing gum. I guess that I'm just lucky.

Only a bot could write something like that. Humans just don't combine random words in such a clever way and still give them no real meaning. Plus, Only bots still wrap their text at 80 columns like when the dinosaurs roamed the earth.
While I refuse to let DoD or anybody else enslave me I do believe DoD has
given me sound advice in the past. Here is what they have said.

The phone that was stolen allowed numbers to be dialed as such along with
the voicemail numbers allowing US area code format as stated by DoD. The
current phone prior to the causes listed here usually always prepends a
1 to the calls after I dialed without use of the 1. The voicemail numbers
after activating the US format overwrite what I put in and assign a world
format. Starting at the cause of action for this thread the numbers
checked are now pre-pending 2 1's.
What are these prepended 1's for and what do they do?

I do not give those phone companies names including mine.
They were charging $5.00 per month to keep peoples numbers
out of the phone books. That's very odd when by law they are
not suppose to give out numbers. Im changing the phone company
and number again. It's not that im a pretender.
There is no provision at this point that i see for lodging procedure
prior to motion to seal being heard followed by motion to unseal.
Secondly due to what occured prior at the same companies I take it also
as serious threat
What the 2006-2007 US Supreme Court Ruling upholding some
tri-unity? Read USC SEC. They really have no authority by USC
just don't talk to them. County Code 52 is not going change
mathematicaly but i don't know if their triunity was granted

There was pre-set passwords that could not be removed. The passwords
were removed somewhat due to my request as they denied giving me the
password which i view as more than likely larceny.
This replacement phone has never corrected itself in regards to the
icon that shows read and write. It does not stabalize to read only
until after going through 3 cycles lasting a total of about 1/2 hr.
These are not current issues as the phone still functioned with the
password removed and also with the instability of the read and write.
I would not tell them to remove a system password.
System passwords as above are basicly not able to be
circumvented or undone with the salt of crypt due to
hashing 1 way unlike web, wireless etc. passwords.
Click on the top link youll notice the system passwords
are shadowed as this "*". If not shadowed they show up
as strings as this [0-9][A-F]. 9F=9*^16+15*^0.
The typeglobs to the right of the = are multiplication
symbols multiplying the exponent, hence 9*16=151 and
15 is the starting base power of the polynomial which
increases to the left so 15 is added to 151. A radix
seperation increases to the right. However the system
passwords as I know probably have no radix seperation
and maybe integers and not real numbers however
many years have past and I either don't remember or
never knew the internal formats of the system passwords
exactly.
The 9 typeglobs '*' set default in my phone were unknown
as a system password string to me. Again noting the shadowed
system passwords are 1 type glob '*' not 9.

Sunday 3 text messages were sent containing only my first, middle and
last initials to 3 persons ive known for 35 years. 1 who i thought
would be asleep responded with about a 1/2 dozen calls back that
billed. I do not approve of or use unlimited and i rarely use
text messaging. It was used because of the hours where 2 of
them live. The 1/2 dozen inbound calls I could not hear.
After the inbound calls i tried to call but again there
was no sound only the connection for billing. I received
a text message after the 1/2 dozen inbound calls from the
1 who called and they used my full first name "but my name
was not spelled correctly?" We have known each other
for 35 years?
I then tried to call a family member and again had the same
billing problem without sound.
Around Monday I called 1-800-331-0500 and was told they thought
it maybe that a IMEI number was entered to block the phone. I
explained the IMEI number from a previous phone that was stolen
was turned in to block that phone and this phone was the replacement
and is still current phone with a number change. The phone worked
after the number change and i think only voicemail was called
and support at the above number prior to these issues.
Wed. I called and they asked me to turn the phone off and then
on which i did. The phone then worked as before.
Yesterday the phone again was not working so again i called their
number above and prior to them calling me i let her hear some
sound. She then called and there was no sound so she asked me
to turn on the speaker when she called back and there is sound
with the speaker, but i told her there is problem with her telling
me there is a sound problem because the sound she listened to was
not from the speakerphone and the sound is fine without the
speakerphone when i set key pad and other tones.
Malemute noting this last paragraph and thinking back to level
5 assembly class interrupts that others use for passing viruses
i ask could this be a deliberate and tortious interrupt that while not
necessarily passing a virus which hides and then re-replicates itself
it's interrupting the headset speaker that only i and the other
person hear, but not the speakerphone that everybody else hears?
Ive pretty much ruled out police 911 involvement with these issues
as when the network sim card is removed the sound is fine though
i have not called them yet on 911 which ill do a little later
without the sim card. If the samething is occurring with 911 ill
get back here to discuss other possibilities.
Slayton a tenable complaint with a possible life sentence is dependent
upon declaration from T who is 1 mentioned above and it's not relevant
whether or not the message was cordial.
Malemute, i just hung up the phone without the att sim card after speaking
to police normally. 911 in OC CA defaults to each cities dept. and when
traveling to Silicon Valley outside of city limits i believe it defaulted
to a county sheriffs.
For certain I need to get rid of the phone due to the
phone being taken apart. On 2-16-13 while napping on
a green belt in the same spot the phone prior was stolen
from I awoke, and "a battery and a sim card" were left
a few feet away from the phone. The number is also probably
again being changed.
Im unable to determine if the battery and sim card are from
this phone, another or the one stolen.
