Pywiack Cascade and the gully to its north. Been down there looking for a body. He was there, resting in peace, having tumbled from the slabs between the cascade's start and the gully.

I have always remembered finding a jet fuselage descending that squoze-down bottle-necky buxhwack of a gully.

Hey Dean - while you were shooting El Cap from the base up, I was above looking down. Beautiful morning for it, eh?

"Off the coast of Argentina, two strong ocean currents recently stirred up a colorful brew of floating nutrients and microscopic plant life just in time for the summer solstice, December 21, 2010. The Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer (MODIS) on NASA’s Aqua satellite captured this image of a massive phytoplankton bloom off of the Atlantic coast of Patagonia.
