Marlow,
The cabin was built 300 miles north of Vancouver, around 1930. It is part of a well-known story called Three Against the Wilderness by Eric Collier. The person in front is his wife, whose grandmother was born before white people had settled in the region, known now as the Chilcotin.
The cabin was by Meldrum Lake, near the center of this map.
