Turning muddy water to gold is a good trick...
All kinds of things are hiding, not just in the desert, but behind YOU, too!
I've really enjoyed your pictures, as they help to keep me regular, too.
Parents, let your kids read this. If I had to put up with images like this as a kid, why shouldn't the younger generation suffer the same fear?

Shady, that was many days back, like in early June or later May.
This was taken this afternoon: a local wine grower's stash.

But you know as I do, that picture just can't demonstrate how absolutely massive those big bulls are. A friend of mine and I had an encounter with an angry bull of that size, while on foot, fishing the Snake river. Long-story-short, after a false charge that brought it as close to us as yours.....there was leakage.
Needless to say, I gained great respect for our native american brothers who hunted them....on foot.....with sharpened rocks, tied to the ends of sticks.
Thems some tasty lookin grapes there Mouse.
