The Obama's are taking their presidential campaign and creating a legacy. Has anything like this ever been done before? I don't know, but it sounds like something that can be very powerful. The intent is NOT about a Democratic Party recruiting org, as was said upthread. It is going beyond the boundaries of party.
Barack Obama is already paving the way for his life after he completes his term as president - this will be his legacy. He is a very special person. Dare I SAY (to DMT) Barack Obama is a true patriot!
