Paul Fatti is unfortunately missing, so it's not included.
It remains a useful historic reference.

Back in the day we could never have really though these mountains would become the playground they have. Exemplified by the image in the link below.

The issue that got me down there the first time. Patagonia was just beginning to get press and was still remote and difficult to get to. There wasn't a single building where El Chalten is and there was no bridge across the Fitzroy River. No bus service anywhere and no jets landing in El Calafate. The roads were horrific and you had to take car ferries to cross two of the rivers.
Yep, hard to get there and difficult to get resupplyed, a real wilderness feel. No internet, no store or retaurants, no disco.......really inconvenient. I loved every minute of it!
