Nah, Brandon...I live for this!!! The only thing I'm freaking out about is that I'm not up north to take advantage of the awesome slope conditions. Should be fun taking the muppet to sled, make snow angels and build a snowman tomorrow -- it's the first time she's of an age to understand what's going on. (Earlier today she told me that she wants to find climbing rocks AND play in the snow tomorrow. So freaking cool.)
Not for nothing, but I'll take this over that heat reflecting off of El Cap any day. (Heresy, I know.)

I'm not freaking out, it finally feels like winter. Six inches of styrofoam here so far, going skiing tomorrow on the wide skis.

26 inches Thursday night through Saturday. 6 to 9 inches expected today.
424 inches and counting. Base at 148 inches. We generally get a huge accumulation in March and start slowing down in April.
One more teaching day, then it is fun time in the snow. Thank goodness we won't run out soon.

I know we always need the moisture, but we are taking a beating with the large HAIL everynight. Garden is a disaster, Greenhouse getting pummeled with Very large hailstones and wind...
