rough year for allergies,

pollen count off the map,

sinus infections? you bet,

and i haven't even saddled my pony yet,

so how much mucous can you expel from your body in the morning, be it from the nose, or mouth,

butthole mucous is excluded because anybody can do that, just buy some low budget chile from discount food center,

photos welcome,

Do you measure just the morning's production?

If that's not the case then let me know and we'll finger it out together.

I always just estimate, mind you, and I do it from the late show with David Letterman until I get up around eight...

Then I go dump the contents and rinse the cup with hot water...

Third of a cup max.

It's prime roach bait, too.

I really hate the wheezing all night long.

This sh#t makes me feel old sometimes

Is this or is this not a contest?

I am allergic to mold, they tell me.

Use a Neti pot, available from any drug store. Comes with packets of powdered sinus rinse that you add to a cup of distilled water and you hold the pot up to your nose, turn your head down and run the water thru one nostril, it goes thru your sinuses and it comes out the other. The first few times you do it, it is distinctly unpleasant, like getting your nose impacted with water in the surf, but after a while you learn to breathe and just let the water flow. It cleans all the dirt, pollen, etc. out of your nose, and does wonders for you if you have allergies and sensitivities to dust, mold, etc.
