hey there say, all...
*edit: the thank you, is extra note to chris' supertopo--
thank you chris for 'attracting us all here' by your unique climing site :)

lead-in, over, here we go:
there are so many folks here, some hidden, some out in the light...
and some that share hard work, and some that share quiet hard things:

such as OVERCOMING, whether on the home front, or in illness...
and not only do they overcome, and keep on climbing, whether victory comes
or not.. they keep that attidute of:

life, love to others, and growth...
(edit--and by doing so, when the victory DOES come, how much sweeter the prize! as there are many to rejoice!)

there is quite a few others, that i could put here,
and we love and appreciate them ALL..
and blackbird is one, for sure, :)
(hey there to you samantha!)... :)

but this is for SCseagoat, this time...(
some of the other folksmay have an appreciation threads--look for them
and check them out, they are wonderful to read--they are good to have pop-up now and then, when they do)...

well, back to main title:
she's been here encouraging others when they are sick, so many times, and she's gone through her own battle, and can still smile-out to us all here, and be part of giving life...

today, i just got a box of her overflow (for making cards), from all the various ways that she's shared her life with others, as to cards, etc...
and i feel so very special to just be:

on the "tail-strings" of all she is and WHO SHE STILL IS... that i just
had to share--i am overflowing here...

such simple kind gestures, from folks here, to others,
continues to be adding NEW GROWTH to so many...
in many ways... this time, it was my turn to have some new growth...

the many ways are such that we don't always see, but, at times in many
OTHER ways, we DO SEE--WHICH ARE NEEDED, then, TOO!

*SUCH AS:
the todd gordon thread... reaching out to help, helps others, here, in their personal lives, learn to
receive without embarssesment or shame, there are times when we all may have needs...
and it helps many others be able to
reach out even farther than they themselves ever hope to be ABLE to
reach out, as well...

thank you susan, for just simpley BEING YOU, AND BEING PART OF THE
CLIMBING SCENE...

climbers are unique, as are the great-out-doors folks...
we just don't seem to fit in with the main-stream (though we do, as life beckons us to, and it is loving and proper) but:

we just have a way of seeing that there is a vast "meadow and woods, and rivers of so much more in life"--the main part of that life, is working with others, as a team (not as to corporate business mode, etc)... but a different more real way, as: a sincere team, or, if not, your climb just may go wrong, and you or a good buddy will be affected so wrongly...

or, without this speical teamwork--you just may cave-in, by going it alone... or THEY may cave in, if we aren't there...

thank you susan for being a climbing buddy here, and for
being a climber buddy to me--though MY CLIMB is different than
on the rocks, :)

*say, many of my dreamcatchers, susan, will sparkle a bit more, now, too!
from some of those craft accents, :)
:)

hey there say, SCseagoat!...

just a bump!...

i have made soooo many cards from all the HELP trinkets and papers, etc, and:

they are STILL going strong...

just got a few cards, a nice pack from blackbird, as, well and they reminded me of ALL that surprise-crafts and such that you gracious
donated from such a loving heart, a ways back!...

has done a lot of smiles 'over many miles' even over seas, at times...

thank you!
you are mostly appreciated though, JUST FOR BEING YOU!
:)

(well, and sharing your sea-voyages, as well) ;)

Susan is a good woman. I rode with her one session at Mavericks. She was about to drop in on me, pulled back and waved me on "all yours my friend", said she.

Later that night, she called me on stage to sit in on drums at the club. I felt like she was the Catalyst for a wonderful day.

As far as the goats. Everybody gets somebody else's at some point in time.

All kidding, aside - Susan is a good woman.

Susan--

You've always been so friendly and easy-going since I first admired some scenic shots of yours of the Merced River back in 2012, so it has been a real pleasure to become personally acquainted with you and Ferretlegger, too.

I had no idea of what physical burdens that you've had to tote the past several years until just recently. This has resulted in a huge increase in my appreciation of you, one of the most spirited people here.

God bless you for that and please, take a bow.
I hope we have some great times at Facelift.
