You may not remember Tom Gilge, but that is who is hanging from the tree, not Mike, anyhow, my concept was, that it is gone, cuz that's what I heard yet the little twig rappel remains.
I recall the roof move is a bit weird: I put my knee flat at the lip to make the reach.
I really like the steep fist to tight hands crack.

Jobee by any chance have you ever done any surfing in Hawaii? I ask since I'm trying to figure out if I met you in October 2004. I was climbing with a friend of mine Stephanie at the Manure Pile Buttress and I only caught a first name but we did chat about Hawaii for a bit.

Liquid Sky is to the left.
This is West Side Story.
Liquid Sky was cool and it all came together for us.
On West Side Story, I took a pretty good wip from just about where Mike is in this shot, right after I put in a couple bolts in a row, both from tenuos hooks, one which sheared it's edge right as I finished tightning the bolt...
