The whole benghazi debacle was a covert operation to funnel arms to the Syrian rebels.
oh come on!!
and proving that Werner doesn't even know where Benghazi is. hint, ~1,500 miles from Syria.

WTF is right!, Stand down??

There were No stand down orders, that was a Republican lie.
All you got are out and out lies that have been proven wrong wrong wrong.

The Only thing that happened that was controversial was that Susan Rice said what she was Told to say by the CIA, and not mention that it was a terrorist attack on the Sunday talk shows.
Obama said it was an act of terror within 24 hours.

It's getting almost too stupid for me
But you guys go ahead and make ourselves look stupider and stupider with every post you make

obama = pissing on constitution!

Please tell me what exactly has he done that is pissing on the constitution?

Was it that he didn't veto the Republican NDAA 13? that allowed for drones to be used, and kill citizens (he signed an executive order to not kill citizens), the Republicans that wrote the bill wanted the Pres. to be able to do these things.
If we had a republican Pres, would have he vetoed it? hell no!

So he's not liberal enough for you, right?

So you want someone way more liberal that stands up to the Republican trashing of the constitution.

Nixon, Reagan, Bush and Bush II should have all went to jail for all the crimes against the constitution that they committed, right?
do you think that Obama is worse?
How?

You know Obama was a professor of Constitutional Law at Harvard. So he does know it, and in actuality he hasn't done anything really unconstitutional. How do we know? Because the Republicans would have brought him down already, you think these fake outrages are something, they would have a field day with him, and it would be pathetic and despicably hypocritical.

HDDJ says it best….

You can tell bluering was once a brilliant military commander because of his outrage that the President didn't throw an incredibly small number of unprepared troops into a fight against an unknown enemy in an unsupportable position leaving other targets vulnerable to the possibility of even further assaults. (Maybe that's why he's the Commander in Chief, bluering, and you're just an angry longhair raging on the internet.)

Robert Gates
Bush's Secretary of Defense

"Frankly, had I been in the job at the time, I think my decisions would have been just as theirs were," said Gates, now the chancellor of the College of William and Mary.

"We don't have a ready force standing by in the Middle East, and so getting somebody there in a timely way would have been very difficult, if not impossible." he explained.

Suggestions that we could have flown a fighter jet over the attackers to "scare them with the noise or something," Gates said, ignored the "number of surface to air missiles that have disappeared from [former Libyan leader] Qaddafi's arsenals."

"I would not have approved sending an aircraft, a single aircraft, over Benghazi under those circumstances," he said.

Another suggestion posed by some critics of the administration, to, as Gates said, "send some small number of special forces or other troops in without knowing what the environment is, without knowing what the threat is, without having any intelligence in terms of what is actually going on on the ground, would have been very dangerous."

"It's sort of a cartoonish impression of military capabilities and military forces," he said. "The one thing that our forces are noted for is planning and preparation before we send people in harm's way, and there just wasn't time to do that."

Repubs are beside themselves with grief and rage

None of their fake Benghazi emails resulted in impeachment, the IRS thing can't be linked to the WH, and not even they care about AP reporters

Meanwhile the economy keeps betting better and better, demographics are burying any chance they had at coming back, and Hillary (and Bill!) are certain to win in 2016.

Obama Approval Ratings Up - "Scandals" Meaningless

http://politicalticker.blogs.cnn.com/2013/05/19/have-new-controversies-hurt-obama-has-gop-overreacted/?hpt=hp_t1

According to the survey, which was conducted Friday and Saturday, 53% of Americans say they approve of the job the president is doing, with 45% saying they disapprove. The president's approval rating was at 51% in CNN's last poll, which was conducted in early April.

The CNN poll is in-line with Gallup, which also indicated a very slight rise in Obama's approval rating over the same time period. And Gallup's daily tracking poll also indicated a slight upward movement of Obama's approval rating over the past week.

Did you ever take a critical thinking class?

I know Joe didn't.

I'm spot on about all your BS, blame Bush.

Please, don't mix my writing with Blue's, I like the guy, he has the guts to speak from his heart, unlike you cut and paster... insult mongers.

There are very few truly "left wing" news sources, at least very few that have any significant influence, Coz, because the extreme end of the political spectrum at that end has absolutely no corporate sponsorship, and therefore severely limited funding in comparison to it's right wing counterpart.

CNN and BBC only seem left wing compared to the hyper conservative propaganda that dominates talk radio and Fox News. My opinion is they're fairly centrist, but lean right enough to keep the powers that be happy. Because of rapidly changing demographics, as Joe regularly points out, those news sources have to strike a balance btw corporate interests and popular opinion, whereas Fox is committed to the right wing.

Even Fox seems to understand it has to to give a little or face a complete loss of credibility.

"...the extreme end of the political spectrum at that end has absolutely no corporate sponsorship, and therefore severely limited funding in comparison to it's right wing counterpart."

Giving it moral authority in inverse proportion to its funding.

The same effect occurs in elections - often the better-funded candidates are seen as beholden to special interests, or simply trying to outright buy the election, and end up getting wiped out by opposing candidates spending a fraction of what they did - the last CA gubernatorial being a perfect example.

Repubs have lost the popular vote in 5 out of the last 6 elections, and, due to demographics, have virtually no hope of ever winning the WH again. And FauxNews, Rush et al are in large part responsible for that, by putting profits and pandering above the good of either their party or their country.

Coz

Did you ever take a critical thinking class?

What does that have to do with anything, except maybe to point out how much more elite you may be than someone who had not taken your critical thinking classes with you?
That's pretty elitist (if it wasn't so petty) and critically off topic (not answering any of the points made by Jingy) for any of the points made, anywhere.

And so, I see this indicative of your troll 101 class being one that you had completed.

I'm spot on about all your BS, blame Bush.

Ok, but you seem to fail to articulate it in any meaningful way. All you've done is point and say BS without any follow up statement or rebuttal…. The CT class seems to have done you well, except that it hasn't.

Please, don't mix my writing with Blue's, I like the guy, he has the guts to speak from his heart, unlike you cut and paster... insult mongers.

Why not mix the two, you both seem to have been cut from the same right-wing ideological cloth, plus you both have very similar writing patterns (call BS without backing it up with a statement of rebuttal).
Also, cut'n'pasting is a good way to answer to what another person is saying.

Fox News, one pro republican news outlet and all you lefties go nuts, how about all the other left wing news outlets. Hmmm, CNN, BBC, etc.

So, you're saying that the republitard is represented by Faux, and that's all there is, and that there are too many to count "left" leaning "news" outlets, and that the left is upset about Fux…
Ok, what if you're right…. What's Your Point and how does it relate to any part of this discussion (if we can call it that).

You guys couldn't have an interesting conversation to save your lives.

That… you seems to have….. understood what I stated… but have projected it back to me/the left… This is a sign of a good conversation for you?

Pete Santilli, Radio Host: Hillary Clinton Needs To Be 'Shot In The Vagina'
The Huffington Post | By Paige Lavender
Posted: 05/18/2013 2:35 pm EDT | Updated: 05/18/2013 3:06 pm EDT

Radio host Pete Santilli made shocking remarks about former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, claiming she should be "shot" for being "involved in the killings of American troops."

Santilli hosts a show on his website, but says he's "ready to take my show to national syndication; that is, of course, if the FCC regulated AM/FM radio stations can handle my truth & honesty."

(WARNING: this post contains language that may disturb some readers.)

"Hillary Clinton needs to be convicted. She needs to be tried, convicted and shot in the vagina," Santilli said, Right Wing Watch reports. "I want to pull the trigger."

Santilli criticized Clinton over the Sept. 11, 2012 attack on the U.S. consultate in Benghazi, Libya. He also slammed Clinton over what he called "the fake hunt down of this Obama bin Laden thing":

I want to shoot her right in the vagina and I don't want her to die right away; I want her to feel the pain and I want to look her in the eyes and I want to say, on behalf of all Americans that you've killed, on behalf of the Navy SEALS, the families of Navy SEAL Team Six who were involved in the fake hunt down of this Obama, Obama bin Laden thing, that whole fake scenario, because these Navy SEALS know the truth, they killed them all. On behalf of all of those people, I'm supporting our troops by saying we need to try, convict, and shoot Hillary Clinton in the vagina.
Santilli also criticized Obama, saying he deserves the same punishment as Clinton.

"Barack Obama needs to be tried, convicted, and shot for crimes against the United States of America," Santilli said. "And if anybody has a problem with that, then you are an enemy of our state."

Man that is pretty messed up. Also, this is the only way that the shrieking opponents of Obama can find to reconcile their reality with the factual one in which Obama boldly pushed for, helped plan and ordered the execution of the plan that finally got OBL: they have to pretend that the REAL story is being covered up and that Obama has killed off the members of Seal Team Six to keep them quiet. Amazing.

I didn't think that showing a positive Democrat had anything to do with why republitards are wrong about everything…

But a few others have pointed in this direction… so I follow the directions and delete the post

And post here:

How Are Democrats Better Than Republicans?

Here is just one example I can find:

Elizabeth Warren

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Elizabeth_Warren

http://www.alternet.org/economy/elizabeth-warren-turning-out-good-promised

Elizabeth Warren Is Turning Out as Good as Promised

The Massachusetts senator is now championing legislation that would cut the student loan rate to the near zero that the big banks enjoy when borrowing money.

May 14, 2013

Elizabeth Warren does great email. One payoff of my pittance of a contribution to her grass-roots funded campaign—I regret not contributing more—is that I am regularly alerted by the new Massachusetts senator to the favoritism of our Congress toward Wall Street.

That’s how I was reminded this week that Congress is about to let the interest rate charged for new student loans double to 6.8 percent at a time when the too-big-to-fail banks that caused the Great Recession continue to be bailed out at the rate of 0.75 percent. Yes, the banks pay less than 1 percent for money that we the taxpayers lend them. I know that such statistics are thought to be boring, but as Warren explained, the rate that students will have to pay “is nine times higher than the rate at which the government loans money to the big banks.”

The student loan interest rate that had been temporarily cut in half back in 2007 was once again set to double, but instead of pushing for the status quo as Congress did last year, Warren has upped the ante with legislation that would cut the student loan rate way down to the near zero that the big banks enjoy. As Warren put it in her characteristically no bull style:

“The federal government is profiting off loans to our young people while giving a far better deal to the same Wall Street banks that crashed our economy and destroyed millions of jobs. That’s why I’ve introduced the Bank on Students Loan Fairness Act as my first bill in the Senate: To allow students to borrow money at the same rate as the biggest banks.

” … Why should the big banks get a nearly-free ride while people trying to get an education pay nine times more?” Warren asked. “It isn’t right.”

The justification of near zero rates of interest for the banks is that they will make loans available that will stoke the economy, but quite the opposite has happened. The banks have been slow to make housing and business loans while feathering their own nests with outsized executive bonuses and costly acquisitions of other financial institutions. In contrast, student loans amounting to more than $1 trillion exceed the total outstanding credit card debt in the U.S. and represent a major contributor to consumer purchasing power.

Students actually spend their loan money on surviving as consumers in a tight economy, while learning skills needed for the economy of the future. On the other hand, the already too-big-to-fail banks have used the government’s free money to become even more obscenely powerful.

Then, too, the federal government’s enormous subsidy to the banks extends far beyond the provision of low-interest money. The so-called quantitative easing program, now reaching into the trillions of dollars of government subsidy, continues at the astounding rate of $85 billion in Federal Reserve expenditures every month to take toxic assets off the books of the banks and to otherwise float the very financial institutions that, as Warren never tires of pointing out, caused the great meltdown of our economy.

How astonishing to have a public servant who actually cares to inform the public about the inner workings of the system of crony capitalism that has wedded big government with big business. This comes at the expense of the free market that corporate lobbyists delight in invoking as an ideal while they subvert it as a reality.

Those seeking to join Warren in taking a stand on behalf of students attempting to survive in an economy that the bankers have come close to destroying should get behind her bill. Unless Congress acts, student loan rates will automatically double in less than two months.

I cannot find any republitards who would ever consider doing anything like this….

Can you?
