OK, I'm not counting the blown out knee (ACL and MCL), though a broken femur would have been far preferable.
So, only two. The ring finger on my R. hand (football in 4th grade) and my right index finger (slipped with my finger through a fixed angle while bouldering below Lunch Ledge on the S. Face route).

Among others, the Tail bone stands out, so to speak.
That really hurt. Plus it was embarassing as all getout to walk around
with a foam donut.

Either I'm not playing hard enough or y'all are made of glass.
My only real break was the tip of a big toe, hurt it running barefoot on carpet. Ha!
I might have cracked my tailbone in 8th grade, never went to a doctor for it (did get bad arthritis through whole sacro-iliac region 15 years later). I might have broken a rib or two, but didn't go to the doc for that either. Noses don't count because that's cartilage.

Didn't you break your foot in the gym, you wuss?
Is that your only break?
I'm feeling all manly (and dumb), remembering my breaks and dislocations, and subsequent returns to either a hospital or home. Usually home, as I know how to chill after I've relocated my shoulder, re-set my nose, splinted a broken finger, air casted a broken foot, or just take the day off after I've rung my bell really good.
These days, I play it much safer, broken bones hurt.

Age 16 broken foot and ankle dirt bikes colliding.
Age 43 broken ribs motorcycle crash.
Hmm, after many falls climbing and skiing it seems motorsickles are the only thing to break my bones.
I got away without stitches for 40 years (except for cutting my appendix out) and then needed them twice in one year.

I'll play
10 toes
1 foot
1 vertebrae
2 ribs
1 wrist
1 arm (ulna)
1 elbow (end of the ulna)
1 clavicle/collarbone
Miscellaneous include 6 concussions, broken nose, dislocated ribs, knee surgery, 3 electrocutions, 2 near drownings (had to be rescued), pec muscle almost torn in half, and 8 knocked out teeth (when I was little).
Lots of stuff hurts, growing old should be fun

I'd say "too many" but that doesn't answer the question as phrased.
2 Cervicals (C-4 and C-5).
7 ribs, 2 breaks each, total of 14 fractures.
1 tibia
1 tooth
2 concussions.
1 ruptured quadriceps tendon.

I've been very lucky.. only one broken finger when I was 5 years old and 4 or 5 toes over the years.. all small ones. Broke a pinky toe just recently by kicking the bed post accidentally. What can I say? Being a total chicken with a strong sense of self preservation tends to keep you out of the ER;)
Don't get Cosmic started on his encyclopedia of en-mangle'ment. He's been stabbed and shot as well if I recall correctly.

To many to mention ( most from construction) almost everyone, hehehe. Regretfully it's true.
Right now I have a Broken bone in my hand and a pinched nerve in my shoulder from an episode with a former business partner and last week I tripped over a sleeping Dog and broke my toe on the cat stand. Nice purple crimson color I'll bet it would be a real treat in tight climbing shoes.
They all heal, but it sure slows you down with age and arthritis setting into broken twisted , set incorrectly or knott at all breaks. Be careful out there. You don't feel nearly as invincible at 50+ then you did at 20.
