Least would seem to me to be nothing.
Nothingness would seem to have no qualities whatsoever, elegance included.
But as you got closer and closer to nothing there would be less to talk about and fewer arguments against elegance, and fewer people to buzz, buzz, I wonder why they duzz? So if you got lucky, elegance could be the last thing left on the road to nothing, which would make it anything but least, since it would be the only thing, but it would be elegant.

But even "Nothing" has an individual personality as shown in Ed's post above.

To win the race, you must first get half way to the finish. This takes time.
Then you must advance half the remaining distance. This takes more time.
To cover half the distance now remaining takes time as well.
And so you will never arrive at the goal.

From the new movie, The King's Speech...
NOTE: Lionel Louge is Geoffrey Rush and King George VI is Colin Firth. If you have their voices in your head the lines ring sweet.
Lionel Logue: [as George is lighting up a cigarette] Don't do that in here.
King George VI: Why not?
Lionel Logue: Sucking smoke into your lungs will kill you.
King George VI: My physicians tell me it helps to relax the throat.
Lionel Logue: They're idiots.
King George VI: They've been knighted.
Lionel Logue: Makes it official then.

Legacy II
Grandfather never went to school
spoke only a few words of English,
a quiet man; when he talked
talked about simple things
planting corn or about the weather
sometimes about herding sheep as a child.
One day pointed to the four directions
taught me their names
El Norte
Poniente Oriente
El Sur
He spoke their names as if they were
one of only a handful of things
a man needed to know
Now I look back
only two generations removed
realize I am nothing but a poor fool
who went to college
trying to find my way back
to the center of the world
where Grandfather stood
that day
