That's the (unclimbed) East Face of Basket Dome in the background, and an unnamed (unclimbed?) dome in the sunlight.

Lots of route potential 2 hours from the car.

until there is a better worn climbers trail into that area, it will be an adventure approach no matter which way you choose.

I was looking at it from across the way a couple of Sundays ago, trying to imagine an in...
certainly a good hike possibility with some 4th class probably guaranteed (to find the 2nd or 3rd class approach).

I wouldn't recommend hiking up to that dome or the East Face of B Dome, unless the Tioga Road's closed. There's a real nice campsite on the shoulder behind the summit of the little dome.

Jaybro, if you're asking about the waterfall to the east of BD below the wall in the photo, there should be water running in the drainage til the end of May or thereabouts
