Emailed both Lewis and Russ today.
Russ has the materials in hand to finish the leashes. He had a heck of a time getting the 4mm we requested. He fought the good fight and prevailed. Nothin' fishy about that. He assured me that I would have leashes before the 3rd of December.
I approved the final sample of the handle. We had to adjust the specs on the hammer attaching area (I can't remember the official name). The final sample looks really nice. Lewis has bumped us to the front in production and I am hoping to have the handles on the first of December.
I worked on tangs last night and some of today. Finished blanking them to size and putting a 45 degree chamfer on one end. I still need to drill and bend them.
It's getting close.
