Has anybody been able to download the NetBeans or the above
listed without connection interference from edgesuite?
No. Edgesuite is a tool used by a large number of sites to manage or mirror content. Why is it a problem if edgesuite is accessed when you download netbeans?
Internet "documentation" does show that the FBI uses edgesuite to somehow manage or mirror their website(s). It is not clear if edgesuite is turning over non-FBI related traffic information to the FBI since that would be FBI-confidential or secret information. It does not seem at all reasonable to think that the FBI are monitoring netbeans downloads in order to track your activities on the internet. They would be much better served by using a packet sniffer although the using of Kinkos wifi must be your way of reducing the probability of this situation. Was that Kinkos you mentioned a while back? I find that restarting my DSL modem is a good way to give me a new IP address when needed although my IP address does show up as part of the same IP address chunk that is allotted to my ISP. Still, my location shows as being 30 miles away based on my IP address so I should be safe.
I guess I am not adept at avoiding FBI surveillance although I think the FBI would be better off getting a court order and sticking a bug in my physical location instead of trying a bunch of web hacks to get at me, if I were a person of concern in the first place.

It's the FBI's? I don't think so.
Likewise my byte code compiler could be an infrigment
though I did not know around 2003 when I wrote it.
Gosling is credited for Java. I knew that back around 1995.
There is another only 1 guy I know of that wrote the java
compiler. I think both were at Sun then.

No.
I have a cell phone probably manufactured around 2005 when
there were more cell phones than humans on earth. It was
just purchased new. It boots to a companies greetings and then
defaults to a large companies software, noting there services
are blocked. This did not become a concern until call forwarding,
call waiting and 3 way calling were unavailable and I checked the
servers via a text message. The servers all belong to the large
company, however javamail shows first with a acronym that traced
to the US Army about 2 months ago. It now traces to nothing. I
assume they could be using gettree() in java with the XML designed
for cell phones. It differs a bit from computer XML however jogill
*the doc I sent you and posted I believe is standard between the 2.
Because of laws I know I believe its more prudent for me to switch
to a larger phone company that is running off their own servers.
There maybe no breach noting these days misappropriation is lawfully
tried under UTSA (Universal Trade Secret Act) via state court. Most
all infrigements are nothing other than misappropriation hence not
always requiring the USPTO or a patent attorney.

To att, as we know the service noted above is not charged. So far I
can't see by civil law that its applicable to civil law. It appears
to me by CA. law that its a crime. I received this in a att free message
just prior.
http://www.att.com/gen/public-affairs?pid=20107
Applying a case which I believe is Kearney vs. Solomon, Smith and Barney
the above in my opinion maybe able to be avoided by att wireless and their
purchased LA companies regardless of what it is and I don't know yet.
Its probably not relevant to the inner technologies.
Your support has noted not to use that which I now don't as the keys
without java with phone xml pages work fine and are faster still at
no cost.

Anastasia writ of execution as I know is not avalaible under limited
nor unlimited civil jurisdictional courts in CA. I think its only
available under the small claims act. As you can read its imperative
to get them early into jail or under small claims which is not available
if discovery is needed.
att somebody while I was speaking to them apparently was taping our
conversation without my knowing and without my permission past Friday
evening. *After dark I received a alert of voicemail I tried to login
and the password did not work. The number was set to a 7 digit default
which timed out after I received the non authorized transmission. After
timing out it refused to take another 10 digit password. Saturday I spoke
to CM who said only 4 were allowed. I was incorrect in telling her and
possibly another girl the book states more, however the prompt says
four minimum, again the default was 7 and it filtered a 10 digit
entry truncating it to the last 4 on Saturday. Tonight I was finally
able to put back in a reasonable amount of digits. While I apologize
for stating the book specified more (I had not read it in a month)
I don't apologize for using the word sh*t. Apparently this maybe related
to a forward problem within sister companies which I noticed tonight
was working.

Weld_it, what code?
The phone problem had the internet accounts closed off. My screen
takes a sentinel value proceeding the password entry prior to the
signal processing so I know what password was sent.
att, who told CM that or did she herself say that?

Since BES1'st emailed me, and it's coherent, I'm going to answer here (I'll never give him my email addy)
Bryce, I use Knoppix as a boot/recovery/debug disk, but I install Debian because it is a bigger distribution. Ubuntu is based on Debian & is very popular. I don't think you can go wrong with any of the main distributions though.

crock it installed visual C++? The data base would start but I could not

*Im going to check the spreadsheet program for polynomial change. Excel

Reference polynomial within Patriot Missile Disaster. Exponent operator
was replaced by division operator though I haven't looked yet. However
they both work the same.

I do not think this question fits in the Unix thread.
