First I need to see what the SoS filings are,

If it qualifies as a tort, what they say may not
matter anyways, otherwise I am qualified to make them
speak clearly, openly, produce and speak technically correct.
The account liability here is probably solely upon a public entity
and not the US Govt., but I'm hoping this can be fixed without
pushing paper and attempting creation of technical policy with said
pushing which I believe is what I/we are constantly attempting to rid.

Geosynchs are 30,000+ miles out. What would further of these be for?
Wireless other than tv is/has mostly gone ground based.
Air quality has improved in So. CA. greatly since the 1970's.
Srbphoto,
technical issues created by criminal acts, which I have not ruled out
are no good either. From what I have read, the underneath with computing
should not require change for a couple more years. This is probably due
the collision factors with todays and future wave/bandwidth already
calculated. Most computer system administrators and non programmers
probably don't understand this.
