No clue what captions to put on any of these. Except the campfire one,
which could be captioned "Campfire at City of Rocks"

Love the city-----but for you desert dogs----please remember: this is high mountain desert. Rain and thunderstorms are forecast for the next week---per link

Great place----just expect some rain and lightning: anytime, all summer.

The City is one of the best granite cragging places in the country. What other spots offer this kind of diversity in climbing, varied and quality “user friendly” stone and concentration of top notch routes.
Who says The City has soft and whimpy routes. Beware Of Nesting Egos
Spot on Electric Avenue
Columbian Crack on Elephant Rock
Terror Of Tiny Town. Even Peter Croft thought this one was stout.
