Now here's a thread to which I can relate!

I'm finally in a position to do something about it, though, so both my bicycle and my climbing gear are finally getting some use -- by me.

Dr. F. was a great help to me at the last Facelift and it looks like you my be again with shaming me into getting back in shape. That way I can gorge on shish kebab again with a clear conscience.

Got it down to 196 today.
