I know he won’t like this, but……

Always willing to lend a hand to anybody in need, fair to middling builder, generous of time and resources, occasionally climbs, a great family, SAR work - what’s there not to like?

Props to the Cragman!

Heck, I'll play along, sure why not, and once again show my appreciation.

Kudos, Cragman. ;)

Yep! Good to have spend a little time with you last weekend Dean. I apologize about the red wine issue, I'll bring a bottle up this summer and enjoy it with you maybe on the lake!

Dean--

I enjoyed meeting you at the Flandersfest last weekend, and enjoyed our session at Trashcan Rock. We need to do some climbs this Summer, and Marty is threatening to come out to Wyoming. I'm hoping to stay solidly on the path to full recovery so we could do something on the Devil's tower together.

Cragman is a stand-up guy, willing to help with his seemingly boundless positive energy!

Well done, Sir!

Sorry. Didn't know about the other thread.

Think his head can handle two Appreciation threads simultaneously?

We had a nice conversation with Dean at Flanderfest.

If you really want to see his eyes light up don't ask him about anything climbing related.

Ask him about an orphanage.

Climbed the Durrance with the Baily Direct Finish on my only ascent of the Tower. I've had the El Cracko Diablo suggested to me by one of my home friends who has done over 40 routes on DT.

Dean is our eyes and ears in June Lake.

He's also a SAR brother.

I skied up your way today Dean, it was as good as it gets.
