I still re-read my FABULOUS FURRY FREAK BROTHERS comics every now and then. Those were the days!

I have learned much wisdom from the Freak Brothers and FAT FREDDY'S CAT.

I'm pretty sure Ed is Phineaus...

Anyone scanned Philbert Desanex' 100,000th dream?

My fave was when Fat Freddy's cat went to Mexico where, apparently, Freddy had gone looking to score some, um, dope. I have a hazy recollection of staring at an image of several banditos chasing after Fat Freddy's cat, brandishing knive and forks and saying "Ahhhh, burritos". At the time I thought it was the funniest cartoon I had seen.

Ever.

Twisted Crank: Here's the only Fat Freddy's cat cartoon I have, that comes close to matching your memories of Mexican cat adventures.

And one of my favorites: that explains why you never see cats hitch-hiking.

I quite like Archy & Mehitabel, by Don Marquis, too.
